With google maps, yahoo maps and mapquest, do we need to provide maps anymore? We have provided them for so long and people do think they are useful for printing, so we will keep our maps up. While these mapping sites have the streets in Kachina Village, Mountainaire and a lot of rural areas right for the most park, they are way off on the actual address. So don't always rely on them for the actual address. Coconino county is getting ready to redo addresses in Kachina Village to meet with federal guidelines, maybe then we will get updated. One area where maps are real hard to come by is Alpine Ranches. Large maps can be purchased from the county GIS. These maps are the best we have found for the area and we do have one in our office for browsing.
Please fill free to use our maps and the Sedona map is a bit of a fun map. With the technology of satellite imaging and mapping, we do know the maps will be obsolete.
