Mountainaire is located just south of Flagstaff off I-17, exit 333. Off exit 333 go east and follow a couple miles back. Mountainaire has a country store, a mini-storage and a Tavern with restaurant. Residents are year round and seasonal. The average lot size is 5000 sq. ft., roads are paved, private water company, natural gas is available, electric, cable, phone, high speed internet. Mountainaire has homes, cabins, mobile homes and vacant land. The area has been rezoned to RS and therefore no new manufactured homes are permitted however modualar homes are.
To the east there are 2 small subdivisions: East homestead which is off-grid living and south homestead which has water and electric.
