About Village Land Shoppe.
Family owned and operated since 1988. Village Land Shoppe was started by Steve Mullaney in 1988. Steve' dream was to help people with friendly, knowledgeable and quality service. After all purchasing real estate is one of the biggest decisions in ones life. Village Land Shoppe was first started out of his house downtown and shortly after moved a block away right across the street from Wheeler Park and later moved up to Beaver street. In 1989 Steve then purchased the Real Estate office in Kachina Village (later he built a new building right behind the old one).

Village Land Shoppe is now owned and operated by his surviving son, Johnathan Mullaney. Johnathan's dream is to continue his fathers and give "The Highest Quality Real Estate Service Available".
