Coconino Estates, Flagstaff AZ 86001

Coconino Estates is located just to the northwest of Downtown Flagstaff along Hwy 180 (Fort Valley). Most homes were built in the 1950's and 1960's with the Rockridge neighborhood with homes from the 1980's and beyond. The community has a pool for optional members - "The Ditch Pool" and a cute park - "The Tree Park" (Mountain View Park). The urban trail system runs through with schools, shopping, the hospital and downtown close.
