Description

Nurture House is an authentic log cabin nestled in the pine trees of Flagstaff, Arizona. We have created a private and supportive haven for individual retreat, small groups and family gatherings, providing you an opportunity to escape from the hectic pace of life by offering a nurturing and relaxing environment with comfortable accommodations. The cabin backs up to Coconino National Forest and has wood parquet floors, a gas log stove, loft overlooking the living room, and a lovely front covered porch. There are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a day bed/pop up trundle combination), a loft with a futon bed, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and all the conveniences of home.

Rental Rate Notes

There is a three night minimum for stays less than one week. Sales tax is charged on stays less than 30 days. Please note that the owner is a licensed real estate broker in the state of AZ. Check in after 4 pm, check out by 11 am.

Policies

There is a three night minimum for stays less than one week.

Deposits

We require that you submit a $250.00 security deposit and $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee within five (5) days of your reservation. The total payment is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival. If booking less than 30 days in advance, the entire amount would be due to hold your reservation. Payment may be made via money order or cashier's check.

Refunds

If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before your stay, a 100% refund will apply. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before your stay, no refund will be issued unless another contract can be signed for that same time period.
